Selected library services and materials are provided at two satellite locations within our three-township district. A public access computer is available at each of the following locations:
Maple City Health and Fitness Center, 172 W. Burdickville Road, Maple City
Bay Wear, 5919 SW Manitou Trail, Glen Arbor
These workstations offer high-speed Internet access, Microsoft Office Suite, and a printer, and are available during the normal business hours of the hosting business partners.
At our Glen Arbor satellite, wireless access is available in the immediate vicinity of Bay Wear itself. Public WiFi is also accessible a few blocks away in the Glen Arbor Garden Park, courtesy of the Cottage Book Shop. A secure book drop is located within the park as well. Any materials checked out from the library may be returned here.
The library also offers a delivery service to our Maple City location, allowing our patrons to pickup and return materials from the library collection itself whenever the Fitness Center is open for business. For more information about this delivery service, contact the library. Finally, a “self-serve” collection of books is maintained at the Maple City satellite. Books from this collection can be borrowed indefinitely, and returned at the reader’s convenience.
